The first island Corregidor is known as the stage for World War II, American – Spanish War in 1902, today Corregidor Island is now a historic monument and a tourist destination in the Philippines. A reverent to the brave Japanese, Filipino and American soldiers who died here. A destination to experience military installations used during World War II and see the war-ravaged buildings are a few items to check your bucket list when you go visit the historical monument Island of Corregidor.
