All about the Mount Ulap Hiking Trip.

Mount Ulap Hiking Trip offers a superb day hike for those who are looking to experience the mountains of the Cordillera Region. It’s easily accessible via SLEX and TPLEX if you are coming from Manila. From Baguio City the trailhead can be reached in 40 minutes. This makes Mount Ulap doable in one day.

Hike through several kilometers of single tracks covered with tall pine trees. This will lead you to a very scenic open trail showing the peaks of other famous mountains in Cordillera like Mount Santo Tomas and Mount Ugo. The Gungal Rock Formation offers the best place for a very scenic photo opportunity after a couple of hours of trekking. Depending on the season, Mount Ulap also has an amazing sea of clouds. While going down through a very steep terrain, we can visit a couple of burial caves of Pong-Ol.
